Rewiring T-2 lines required busting out some concrete.  The Factory floor is the poured foundation for the entire Bixby Point development.  Next time your at The Factory, take a look at our floor!!  At first glance it appears to be tile but actually it’s scored and painted concrete.  I love it because it is a very forward ‘green’ design element but running cables under the floor is not as easy as it is in most establishments!!!!
